Hey there! I'm Patti and I'm a holistic health and wellness advisor with certifications in Heath and Life Coaching, Massage Therapy, Yoga Instruction, and Functional Nutrition. My goal is to serve as a mentor and motivator, guiding you on your path toward self-love and body positivity.
I work with clients to create a personalized wellness program which includes, what to eat, how to eat, how to move, how to reduce stress, and how to enjoy your life while making these changes.
I understand what it means to put yourself first and listen to the inner voice that is guiding you toward wellness. I have my own daily practice of Ashtanga Yoga and Meditation that prepares me to get my head straight before I even begin to help others live a more purposeful, healthy life.
It takes work to get to the point where you can trust that you are more than your body. You deserve to feel amazing, wear whatever you want, eat whatever your body is telling you it wants, and move however you want. I truly believe that we are our own best health experts, we just need help shutting down the external noise in order to trust our bodies to tell us what they need.
